Often we find ourselves running around without a moment to pause.  Having taken classes on Mindful Breathing, we are always eager to tell our customers how to engage in a very simple yet beneficial breathing technique.

In today's world where anxiety and depression are at an all time high, even in adolescents,  finding ways to "calm" our body down are more important than ever.

One must send signals to their brain to release tension in the body.
